Returns, refunds and exchange policy

a) Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, all mattresses are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We accept exchanges on goods that are faulty.
Should you receive any faulty goods upon delivery, you may reject and contact us at 03-5524 7338 or email to
onlineshop@sealy.com.my for exchange and to re-schedule delivery
Faulty goods returned to us must be in its original and unused condition, we also asks that you return the packaging
with the Goods for faulty verification.

In the event of any cancelation of purchases, please contact us at 03-5524 7338 or email to onlineshop@sealy.com.my for assistances.
State reason of refund and proof of purchase
We need 14 working days to process customer’s refund
The refund will be done via online transfer to customer’s bank account
Customer must provide accurate and complete information such as account owner name, bank name and account number.
We will send email notification to customer after the refund is completed
All refunds including but not limited to return of goods and order cancellation will incur a fees including but not
limited to operations fee of RM150.00, bank charges and bank GST charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount, and the balance will be refunded to you.

State reason for return (stained/ damaged/ torn) and provide proof of purchase
Returns will be done within 5-14 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.
The customer is not legible for exchange if ordered wrong size, change size, upgrade or downgrade
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned to you. For the items to be
returned to you, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
